-Pentabrana-

-Oil on Wood  167 x 105 x 5 cm.  2023.

Pentabrana is built through the superposition of pictorial planes in which color, line, and material engage in a continuous dialogue. Each layer preserves the memory of a moment within the painting process while simultaneously reshaping the perception of the others, creating an open structure in constant transformation. The absence of a dominant focal point allows the eye to move freely across the surface, discovering shifting relationships between geometric forms, interwoven lines, and vibrant fields of color.

Rather than establishing a visual hierarchy, the composition proposes a system of resonances in which each element finds meaning through its relationship with the whole. The layers neither conceal nor reveal; instead, they coexist, generating depth, rhythm, and an ever-changing perception. The work invites an active form of contemplation, where each visual journey creates a unique experience, transforming the painting into a territory open to multiple interpretations.
